Everything You Need to Know
Instead of one lump-sum price decided before work starts, you pay the actual cost of materials and labour, plus a transparent builder's fee. Every invoice is itemised — you always know exactly what you're paying for and why.

Materials, labour and subcontractors, itemised and invoiced as incurred — not estimated once and locked.
Disclosed Builder's Fee
One locked 18.5% management fee added to the cost of works — the same rate for every client, agreed before you sign, never negotiated.
Full Transparency
Open, itemised invoicing on a set schedule — you see exactly where every dollar goes.
This is a Costs Plus Contract as defined under WA law — headed and disclosed as such in your contract. Home indemnity insurance is included for all work over $20,000. Full terms provided before any work begins.
