Project Management is a paid service — we manage your build for a disclosed fee, and you retain full ownership of the project throughout. This is a different relationship to our Joint Venturesoffering, where Regional Construct co-invests as an equity partner and shares in the project's outcome. Every Build + Project Management and Project Management Only engagement is structured to comply, so progress payments, variations and disputes all follow a clear, legally defined process — not an informal one.

Our project management service is for commercial and large-scale residential builds over $500K in Perth — multi-unit developments, large custom homes, and commercial fit-outs. For smaller renovations or single-home builds, our standard Construction service is the better fit.
Build Only means we construct to your existing plans and management. Build + Project Management combines our construction team with full project oversight — programming, trades, compliance and reporting. Project Management Only means we manage your project end-to-end while you engage the trades and contractors directly, or a mix of both.
Every project we manage runs under the WA Security of Payment Act 2021, which sets statutory timeframes for progress claims and payment. It gives both parties a clear, legally enforceable payment process and a fast adjudication path if a dispute arises.
