Who we are

Regional Construct PTY LTD (ABN 65 676 463 997, Builder License BC105853) operates regionalconstruct.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through the site, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, quote request, or booking form on this site, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, project address or suburb, and a description of your project. If you attach plans or photos, we collect those files too.

We also automatically collect standard analytics information from every visitor, whether or not you submit a form: pages viewed, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, referring website or ad campaign, and on-page behaviour such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse movement.

Tools we use to collect this information

• Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads. Used to understand site traffic and which campaigns or search terms lead to an enquiry. Google may set cookies and process this data under its own privacy policy.
• Microsoft Clarity. Used to record anonymised session replays and heatmaps of how visitors use the site, so we can find and fix confusing pages. Clarity does not knowingly capture the contents of password fields and masks sensitive input by default.
• Cloudflare Turnstile. Used on our forms to block automated spam submissions.

How we use your information

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, schedule a booking, and follow up about your project. We use aggregated analytics data to improve the website and to measure the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Who we share information with

Enquiry details are sent to our internal team via our email hosting provider (Hostinger) to action your request. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google and Microsoft as described above. We do not share your personal information with any other third party except where required by law.

Data retention and security

We retain enquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain business records, and take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse, loss, or unauthorised access.

Your choices

You can decline to submit a form and browse the site without providing personal information, though this means we won't be able to respond to an enquiry. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and most browsers let you block or clear cookies in their settings. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, contact us using the details below.
